Autism ~ a booksellers guide

After receiving my diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) at the age of 30, I’ve read, watched and listened to countless neurodiverse individuals tell their stories and experiences of life on the spectrum. I’ve gathered together some of my favourite books (both fiction and non-fiction), tv shows, movies, podcasts and social media accounts in hope that it might help others out there who are going through a similar experience to feel less alone, more connected, understood, supported and recognised.
